Tax Information 
The 100 Club of Arizona is a charitable nonprofit 501(c)(3) Arizona corporation. By having federal tax-exempt status, it frees the 100 Club of Arizona from paying taxes on all income from activities related to its nonprofit purpose. Persons and organizations that donate to the 100 Club of Arizona can take tax deductions for their contributions. Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax; Nonprofit organizations are generally required to file an annual information return. The typical annual return specifically states items of gross income, receipts and disbursements, and other information.

Records and Retention Policy: 
The 100 Club of Arizona follows the standards Records Retention and Destruction set by the National Council of Nonprofit Associations. These standards can be found on their website here.

CEO Compensation Policy

  1. The Chair of the Board of Directors, who is a volunteer and not compensated by the 100 Club of Arizona, will operate independently without undue influence from the CEO/President.
  2. The Chair of the Board of Directors will engage a 3rd party to conduct salary comparison of other nonprofits of approximate size of the 100 Club of Arizona.
  3. This information is included in the information used by the Board of Directors to base its compensation decisions for the CEO/President and other highly compensated staff members or contractors.
  4. No member of the Executive or Compensation/Review Committee will be a staff member, the relative of a staff member, or have any relationship with staff that could present a conflict of interest.

Donor Privacy Policy and Commitment to our Donors
The 100 Club of Arizona will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by 100 Club of Arizona, both online and offline, on any platform, (“platform,” includes the 100 Club of Arizona website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
